Northern-Thai mountain coffee, pulled slow, beside a fresh in-house bakery. The soi wakes up over a flat white and something still warm from the oven.

From the mountains, to the soi
Our beans come down from the northern hills — Doi Chang and Doi Tung — where the cool and the altitude make a cup that's bright, deep and หอม (hom — fragrant). The same aroma the 8am cup and the 9pm kitchen share.
It's the one thing every hour of our day has in common: something grown with care, a long way up, and carried down to you.
